Some summers pass quietly. Others leave a mark. A rooftop dinner that turned into sunrise. A pool afternoon that stretched into golden hour. A conversation you never wanted to end. These are the moments we build our memories around, and the ones we spend the rest of the year trying to recreate.
The good news is simple. Summer does not have to end when the calendar says so. It stays in the rituals we carry into September, October, and beyond. A song. A scent. A cocktail that tastes like the best afternoon of the year. Meet the PadreLoma, our organic take on the classic Paloma.
The moments worth keeping
The moments worth keeping are rarely the loud ones. They are the long table that never emptied, the swim at dusk, the last song nobody wanted to skip. You cannot bottle a season, but you can keep its ritual alive.
Enter the PadreLoma, an organic Paloma with character
The PadreLoma is our take on México's most loved cocktail, the Paloma. Bright, refreshing, honest. The kind of drink that fits everywhere and asks for nothing in return.
Pour it at a Tuesday dinner and the room slows down. Serve it at the last barbecue of the season and everyone stays for one more. Mix it on a quiet balcony and suddenly, summer is back.
One sip and summer stays.
Freshness, bottled: what makes the PadreLoma work
The PadreLoma works because every ingredient earns its place.
Grapefruit soda brings the sparkle. Fresh lime cuts through the sweetness. A pinch of sea salt lifts the whole thing. And at the centre, Padrecito.

Why Padrecito is
the best tequila for a Paloma
Padrecito is not just any tequila. It is 100% certified organic blue agave, grown in Jalisco without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Nothing added beyond agave and time. No caramel colouring, no glycerin, no sweeteners hiding on the back label. Just agave, water, yeast and the still.
Distilled slow, in small batches. Kosher and gluten free certified. Blind judged 95 points at Falstaff. Co-created by David Ríos, World Class Bartender of the Year, and Erika Sangeado, one of the few female master distillers in Jalisco.
You read the label on your olive oil. You check what is in your oat milk. Padrecito is that same choice, on your bar cart.
